$450 per treatment infusion. A series is 6 infusions.

Unfortunately, Ketamine infusions are not covered by insurance at this time.

Dr. Kendrick does take insurance for the one-time office visit (most insurance except Oklahoma Medicaid) or cash payment if not using insurance for the one-time office visit is $100.
