Meet your treatment team

Brittney -

Clinic crna + Owner

Brittney is a talented, intelligent CRNA and one of the owners of the clinic. She has been practicing Anesthesia since 2016. Prior to Anesthesia school, she worked in the Emergency Department and Cardiac ICU for four years. She received her degree in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University in Springfield, MO and her Masters of Nurse Anesthesia at Missouri State University in 2016.

“I enjoy seeing people change through their course of therapy. Whether that is becoming more functional as a person, happier, or finally finding some relief that they haven’t experienced in years. People spend years trying medications and therapies, and for some people those treatments never stick. We are providing services that truly help people who have struggled for years. I want every person who comes through our doors to feel better, even if it is in the smallest of ways.”

chelsi - clinic crna + Owner

Chelsi a very experienced and knowledgable CRNA and the founder of the clinic. Her and Brittney met as CRNAs and decided to run the clinic together. Chelsi received her Nursing Degree at the University of Arkansas, and her Masters of Nursing Anesthesia at Arkansas State University. She has previous trauma and cardiac training and worked four years in ICU. She’s been a nurse since 2007, and an anesthesia provider since 2014.

“Throughout my years in this field, I realized there’s an underserved patient population that struggle for years with certain mental health issues with little to no relief — issues that a professional Ketamine treatment plan may help solve. These patients need quick, effective and customized treatment plans that work. Everyone is different. What works for me, doesn’t work for you. I wanted to create a comfortable, compassionate environment with an experienced team to provide the relief people need to live a healthier life.”

“The clinic is a love I didn’t know I had. Helping people with their mental health is something I am passionate about. Having the privilege to help people with their mental health through Ketamine infusions combines those two passions.”

Bryn - RN

Bryn graduated from the University of Arkansas, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. She moved back to Texas to start her career, working for two and a half years at a maternal and neonatal level four trauma OB and surgical unit in Austin. After moving back to NWA, Bryan worked as an OR circulator in the women’s and infants surgical unit at Washington Regional in Fayetteville. This is where and how she met Chelsi and Brittney - working alongside them in the OR. When the clinic was slated to open, Bryn saw this as an excellent opportunity to work outside her norm of Women’s health and step into a new challenge to grow and learn in her nursing career.

“There is nothing more beautiful than loving people.” A quote by one of her favorite artists, Van Gough. “This quote inspired me as a nursing student, when I helped bring infants into the world, when I held the hand of a scared patient before a big surgery, and it continues to inspire me every day now, as I get a front row seat to see people’s lives changing through Ketamine Therapy. My belief is that nursing is an extension of love - and it’s a promise to be by your side no matter what. I believe mental health matters, that all people matter, that YOU matter.” - Bryn
